What a great list! I am about to start mine. I was very faithfully using my reading journal, until I lost it. I have a new one for next year though, and I am excited.
Usually the year, the genre, medium, and observations. The fluffy ones I don't write much about, though. I have master lists of my lists, with multiple lists within lists….😂
I have found ones on Amazon, Happy Planner, and Temu. I'm trying the Temu one this time, but might splurge later for the Happy Planner
For me, The Memory of Old Jack is one of Berry's most pastorally astute novels. Hannah Coulter will be a book that stays with you I'm sure - it's pretty didactic in its own way but not heavy-handed.
I’m so happy to see Hannah Coulter on your list. I feel as if she is a personal friend.
I love that! I met her briefly in The Memory of Old Jack and A Place On Earth, and am looking forward to getting to know her better.

A reading journal sounds like a fun idea. What kinds of things do you record?

Old Jack has certainly stayed with me and given rise to a lot of pondering. Looking forward to Hannah Coulter.
I just finished Hannah Coulter and it was lovely!! Going to add some of these other books to my list
I love this. And I have some questions! But I can't find your email address! Could you send it to me?
I will email you!
Scratch that! I sent you a private message here.
A book on the inklings coming next?
Not a book, but maybe something! :)
I loved your writing on Elizabeth Elliot. It took guts to write so honestly about an icon, who wasn't always honest about her marriages! And who is?
Thank you! I'm so glad.
I want to read Alexander and Who Chose the Gospels!
I think you would enjoy them!!
